September 1st

Its been a while so I thought I would just let everyone know:

We will have our very first house on September first. We wont move in until December but the projects begin in September.

Its the same house I mentionned a while ago but we went through a few trials before we finally found out that there would be no more problems and we would have our house.

Now, I cant seem to find any of the pictures that were once posted and then disappeared mysteriously, even from the previous post, so I will try and explain to you how the house is made up.

Currently the house is a triplex. From outside it looks like two houses connected by a hall way and I think it is actually really nice looking (especially because there is a beautiful tree in front of it. There are two front doors and one back door that leads to a hall way connecting all three apartments.

This is the front door to one apartment which is two floors.

Here is the front room of the same apartment. See the tree?

This apartment has a bathroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Small bedrooms but three just the same.

The other front door leads into the other apartment which is only one floor. It has one bedroom and a disgusting bathroom.

The view from the front door of this apartment
which is also the kitchen.

I never got a really good look at the last apartment because the sketch tenants were there and it was really awkward. I believe that it was a two bedroom apartment though.

All in all, the house is disgusting and will need gutting and rebuilding but we are so excited. Dave is working away on the plans again and I am thinking about decor and colours... Im pretty clueless as to what I want but look forward to the adventure of figuring it all out.

North Gower, the van der Meers are coming to town.
